分析了所研制的1:1热流计分度装置与常规的敞开式大平板热流计分度装置由于分度方法不同而导致的分度差异,并用差分方法对这种差异进行了计算。理论计算和实际测试结果都表明:对同一热流计,1:1分度装置的分度值比敞开式大平板分度装置的分度值高出20％左右。
The differences of indexing caused by the different indexing methods of the 1: 1 heat flow meter indexing device and the conventional open large heat sink indexing device were analyzed and the difference was calculated by the difference method. Theoretical calculation and actual test results show that for the same heat flow meter, the indexing value of 1: 1 indexing device is about 20% higher than that of the indexing index of open large flat indexing device.
