目的:调查北京和上海市高校教师的营养知识—态度—行为现状,为教育管理部门针对高校教师开展营养健康教育提供科学参考。方法:采用分随机整群抽样,对北京、上海两所高校教师进行营养知识、态度、行为问卷调查。结果:73%的高校教师营养基础知识良好,营养误区(58%)和常见病(52%)方面的营养知识普遍欠缺。94%的高校教师希望多渠道更准确便捷的获得营养知识,26%认为有些宣传不规范不全面。规律进食一日三餐的高校教师占比82%,不经常吃水果和奶类的各占16%和55%,33%饮水不足1 500mL。40岁以上教师营养知识和行为优于低年龄段教师(P<0.05)。结论:高校教师基础营养知识水平良好,存在很多营养误区,疾病营养预防知识欠缺。营养态度积极,营养行为存在不合理之处,需关注高校教师的健康管理。
Objective: To investigate the nutritional knowledge-attitude-behavior status of university teachers in Beijing and Shanghai and to provide scientific reference for education and management departments to carry out nutrition and health education for college teachers. Methods: A random cluster sampling was used to investigate the nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of two college teachers in Beijing and Shanghai. Results: 73% of college teachers had a good nutrition knowledge, a general lack of nutritional knowledge in nutritional errors (58%) and common illnesses (52%). 94% of college teachers want more accurate and convenient multi-channel access to nutrition knowledge, 26% think some of the publicity is not standardized. The proportion of university teachers who regularly eat three meals a day accounts for 82% of the total. Fruits and milk, which often eat less than 16% and 55%, respectively, and 33% have less than 1500ml of drinking water. Nutritional knowledge and behavior of teachers over the age of 40 is superior to teachers of lower age group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The basic nutrition knowledge of college teachers is good, there are many nutritional errors, lack of knowledge of disease prevention. Positive nutrition attitude, nutrition behavior unreasonable, need to pay attention to the health management of university teachers.
