在临床验证和初步实验的基础上,观察健肾片对实验性肾病模型的抗氧化作用。运用嘌呤霉素腹腔注射所致肾病综合征大鼠病理模型,使用化学发光法检测实验动物的血浆及红细胞的超氧阴离子含量。结果发现,病理组第3、4周血浆O_2~-为19.62±2.77kcpm,19.18±2.07kcpm;红细胞O_2~-为5.83±0.61kcpm,5.65±0.64kcpm;治疗组血浆O_2~-为12.41±1.82kcpm,13.39±1.67kcpm;红细胞O_2~-为4.79±0.65kcpm,4.69±0.51kcpm。证明健肾片可明显降低实验动物的血浆及红细胞超氧阴离子,具有较强的抗氧化作用,能够减轻肾脏病理变化。
Based on clinical validation and preliminary experiments, the anti-oxidation effect of Jianshen tablet on experimental nephropathy model was observed. The pathological model of nephrotic syndrome rats induced by intraperitoneal injection of puromycin was used to detect the superoxide anion content of plasma and red blood cells in experimental animals by chemiluminescence. The results showed that plasma O 2 - was 19.62±2.77 kcpm and 19.18±2.07 kcpm in the pathological group at the 3rd and 4th weeks; O_2-- was 5.83±0.61 kcpm and 5.65±0.64kcpm in the red blood cell; O 2 - was 12.41±1.82 in the treated group. Kcpm, 13.39±1.67kcpm; red blood cell O_2~- was 4.79±0.65kcpm, 4.69±0.51kcpm. It is proved that Jianshen Tablets can significantly reduce plasma and erythrocyte superoxide anion in experimental animals, and have a strong anti-oxidation effect, which can reduce renal pathological changes.
