目前林权流转已经在我国各地蓬勃开展,而在现有的众多流转形式中,都有其局限性,都存在损害林农权益的可能,因而浙江省林权股份制流转制度在突破林权流转局限、保障林农权益方面有着重要的作用。文章立足经济学理论与浙江省林权流转制度实地调研经验,探讨林权股份制流转制度在突破林权流转局限和保障林农权益方面的作用,同时从学术角度提出一些看法,希望对林权股份制流转制度的完善有所裨益。
At present, the circulation of forest tenure has been flourishing in all parts of China. However, among the existing forms of circulation, there are many limitations. All of them have the potential to damage the forest farmers’ rights and interests. Therefore, Protection of forest farmers rights and interests have an important role. Based on the economic theory and the field research experience of the forest tenure transfer system in Zhejiang Province, this paper explores the role of the tenure system of forest tenure in breaking the flow of forest tenure and protecting the rights and interests of forest farmers. At the same time, it puts forward some views from the academic point of view, The improvement of the system is helpful.
