本文探索了邻二氯苯在HZSM—5分子筛上进行异构化反应时,反应温度、液体空速、分子筛晶粒大小、硅铝比等因素对反应活性和产物分布的影响规律。推定了二氯苯异构化反应在分子筛表面进行以及可能的异构化反应模式,从而为以ZSM—5分子筛为催化剂通过气相异构化制备工业氯化法难以获得的卤化芳烃异构体提供了一种可行的方法。
In this paper, the effects of reaction temperature, liquid space velocity, molecular sieve grain size, Si / Al ratio on the reactivity and product distribution of o-dichlorobenzene during isomerization reaction on HZSM-5 molecular sieve were explored. The isomerization of dichlorobenzene was presumed to be carried out on the molecular sieve surface and the possible isomerization reaction mode was provided to provide isomers of halogenated aromatic isnes that are difficult to obtain by industrial gas phase chlorination by vapor phase isomerization using ZSM-5 molecular sieve as catalyst A viable approach.
