随着我国经济体制的不断深化,我国企业的规模及企业管理制度也在不断的进行改革。为了能够在竞争日益激烈的经济市场中占有稳定而有力的地位,各企业在人力资源管理方面进行了与时俱进的创新整改,希望进一步完善企业的制度及发展优势。人力资源管理的一项主要核心项目即绩效考核的管理,科学有的绩效考核是影响企业经济效益的重要因素之一,是企业经济发展管理的重要内容,是促进企业管理和培养人才的重要影响因素之一。因此,本文就绩效考核对企业的重要性着手分析,绩效考核改革以来对企业的影响及出现的问题,并探讨了加强绩效考核改革的措施。
