本文建立了某型轿车的白车身碰撞分析有限元模型,并从多个角度提出了提高计算效率的方法。以此模型进行了以50km/h速度与刚性墙正面碰撞的数值计算,仿真计算的变形结果和实验数据吻合较好。本文分析了加速度和速度曲线整车实验和白车身仿真结果的异同及其原因,并进一步讨论了汽车碰撞中结构吸能的若干问题,其结果有助于进一步开展整车碰撞仿真计算。
In this paper, a finite element model of a white body collision analysis for a certain type of car is established, and a method of improving computational efficiency is proposed from multiple perspectives. The numerical calculation of frontal collision with rigid wall at a speed of 50km / h was carried out by this model. The deformation results of the simulation are in good agreement with the experimental data. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the vehicle and white body simulation results of acceleration and speed curves and their causes, and further discusses some issues about the structural energy absorption in the collision of vehicles. The results are helpful to further carry out the simulation of vehicle crash.
