采用γ射线辐射法在非水体系中成功地合成出具有一定形状的硫化镉纳米粒子。分别以无水乙醇及体积比为1:1的无水乙醇与苯的混合溶液为溶剂,以二硫化碳和单质硫为硫源。当辐照时,产生的溶剂化电子把二硫化碳或单质疏还原成S~(2-), S_(2-)迅速与Cd2+形成CdS沉淀。研究发现,不同的溶剂和反应物对产物的晶相、粒径存在着影响。
The CdS nanoparticles with a certain shape were successfully synthesized by non-aqueous system using γ-ray irradiation. Respectively, anhydrous ethanol and a volume ratio of 1: 1 ethanol and benzene mixed solution as a solvent, with carbon disulfide and elemental sulfur as the sulfur source. When irradiated, the resulting solvated electrons sparsely reduce carbon disulfide or simple substance into S 2- (2-) and S 2- (2-) rapidly form CdS precipitate with Cd 2+. The study found that different solvents and reactants on the product of the crystal phase, particle size there is an impact.
