法学概论课程是为了适应公安执法新形势需要以及培养高等公安应用型人才的要求而新开设的一门综合性法学课程。它对于培养警察院校学生基本法律素养、提高基本执法能力具有十分重要的意义。但目前警察院校的法学概论课程教学内容陈旧、教学方法传统、考核方式单一,与当前新形势下的公安工作不相适应。法学概论课程教学内容需要重构、教学方法需要改进、考核方式需要创新。
Introduction to law courses is to adapt to the needs of the new situation of law enforcement of public security and training applications for higher public security requirements of the newly opened a comprehensive legal curriculum. It is of great significance to cultivate students’ basic legal literacy in police academies and improve the basic law enforcement ability. At present, however, the teaching contents of law courses in police academies are outdated, the teaching methods are traditional, and the assessment methods are single, which are incompatible with the current public security work in the new situation. Introduction to Law Law The teaching content needs to be reconstructed, the teaching methods need to be improved, and the assessment methods need to be innovated.
