列车轮轨磨耗是影响重载铁路运输经济性和安全性的关键因素,一直都受到国内外研究人员的关注。在早期的轮轨磨耗研究中,国内外学者是以小半径曲线上的轮缘磨耗问题研究为主,并得出了一些相关结论。国外学者在研究列车车轮踏面磨耗时采用了模拟程序,得出轮轨磨耗体积和摩擦功与质量为正比例关系的结论;国内学者在轮轨磨耗试验平台上,针对轮轴重量对轮轨磨耗的影响进行了分析,并建立了动态有限元模型。
Train wheel and rail wear is the key factor that affects the economy and safety of heavy haul railway. It has always been the concern of domestic and foreign researchers. In the early study of wheel-rail wear, domestic and foreign scholars mainly studied the problem of wheel rim wear on the curve of small radius, and reached some related conclusions. Foreign scholars have used the simulation program to study the wheel tread wear of the train and got the conclusion that the wheel-rail wear volume and the friction work and the mass are in direct proportion. The domestic scholars studied the wheel-rail wear on the wheel-rail wear test platform Analyzed, and established a dynamic finite element model.
