针对常规无油管采油技术存在的一系列问题,提出了液力反馈无油管采油技术。该技术将液力反馈原理应用到设计中,增加了杆柱下行动力,有效地解决了杆柱下行困难问题。该技术主要由井口分流技术和井下采油技术2部分组成,运用井口分流技术可直接对常规井口进行无油管采油。井下采油技术主要由空心抽油杆、空心杆扶正器、悬挂器、无油管抽油泵、防转器组成,其中无油管抽油泵和悬挂器是该技术的关键部件。现场应用表明,该技术在偏磨油井中使用,平均可延长生产周期3~6个月,平均提高泵效5%~8%,防偏磨效果明显。
Aiming at a series of problems existing in conventional oil-free production technology, hydraulic feedback oil-free production technology is proposed. This technology applies the principle of hydraulic feedback to the design, increases the downward motivation of the pole and effectively solves the problem of the downward descent of the pole. The technology is mainly composed of wellhead diversion technology and underground oil production technology 2 parts, the use of wellhead diversion technology can be directly to the conventional wellhead without oil and gas pipelines. Underground oil production technology consists of hollow sucker rod, hollow rod centralizer, hanger, tubingless pump, anti-rotation components, including oil-free tubing pump and hanger is the key component of the technology. Field application shows that the technology is used in partial wear oil wells, the average extension of the production cycle of 3 to 6 months, an average increase of pump efficiency of 5% to 8%, anti-wear effect is obvious.
