“公共服务”并非现代专有,在民族危机深重、中西文化剧烈碰撞的中国近代社会变革中,武术公共服务已初露端倪。借鉴公共服务的视野与理论,试对民国时期武术社团组织的公共服务实践,主要就精武体育会与中央国术馆公共服务的理念、供给主体与客体及其性质、供给服务的内容、形式及传递服务的组织实施等几方面展开探讨,并分别解读代表社团供给的精武体育会与政府供给的中央国术馆在公共服务语境下的异同点。以抛砖引玉,希冀引起学界关注武术在公共服务领域的研究,以及对我国体育公共服务历史的追溯。
“Public Service ” is not a modern proprietary. In the modern Chinese social revolution with the profound ethnic crisis and the fierce collision of Chinese and Western cultures, the public service of martial arts has begun to take shape. From the perspective and theory of public service, this article attempts to analyze the public service practice of Wushu associations in the period of the Republic of China, mainly on the concept of public service of Jingwu Sports Association and Central Martial Arts Museum, the subject and object of supply and their nature, the content, form and Delivery service organization and implementation of several aspects of the discussion, and respectively interpretation of the supply of community associations Jingwu supply and the government martial arts center in the context of public service similarities and differences in the context. In order to attract more scholars, hoping to cause academics to pay attention to martial arts in the field of public service research, as well as the history of our country’s public service back to sports.
