针对甘肃省交通系统在干旱半干旱地区、季节性流沟修建坝式路堤的实际,根据坝式路堤临时库容特性,通过库区来水组成因素分析,将水利上利用河流流量特性资料的小水库简化消减计算,移植转化为利用现有公路桥涵设计暴雨资料的临时库容对洪峰流量的消减计算。通过选择有代表性的坝式路堤涵洞及附属泄洪设施设计进行计算分析,结果表明:该计算方法更符合坝式路堤实际,可减少工程量,节约建设投资。
