药物能引起5种血液系统疾病，其中以药物性粒细胞减少症占首位（44％）。国内1957年汪锡平综合分析142例药物性粒细胞减少，此后山东、上海等地先后也曾有报告。现将我院近20年收治资料完整的38例药物性粒细胞减少及缺乏症进行分析如下。
