快速康复护理是指运用临床已证实的成熟理论及各种有效方法对围手术期的患者进行处理,减少或阻止患者对手术的相关应激,降低患者机体对此产生的副反应,预防患者器官功能障碍的发生,改善预后,使患者能尽快的从手术创伤中恢复,加快康复速度。该理念在医学界已越来越被重视。笔者基于该理念的膝关节置换术围手术期护理参考了近年来的相关文献,以研究快速康复护理在全膝关节置换术患者围手术期中的应用情况。

The concept in the medical community has been more and more attention. The author based on the concept of perioperative knee replacement surgery with reference to the relevant literature in recent years to study the rapid rehabilitation of patients with total knee arthroplasty in patients with perioperative application.
