目的:分析核桃楸皮挥发油的主要化学成分。方法:分别采用汽汽萃取法和水蒸气蒸馏法提取核桃楸皮中挥发油,并通过GC-MS技术对其化学成分进行分析,面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:汽汽萃取法提取的挥发油共鉴定出34种成分,占挥发油总成分97.76%;水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油共鉴定出19种成分,占挥发油总成分69.06%。结论:两种提取方法得到的核桃楸皮挥发油组分与含量差别较大,为全面了解核桃楸皮中挥发性成分及其进一步开发应用提供了实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the main chemical components of the volatile oil from the walnut. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam-steam extraction and steam distillation respectively. The chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. The relative percentage of each component was calculated by area normalization. Results: The volatile oil extracted by steam extraction identified a total of 34 kinds of components, accounting for 97.76% of the total volatile oil. The volatile oil extracted by steam distillation identified 19 kinds of components, accounting for 69.06% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: The components and contents of the essential oil of Juglans mandshurica L. obtained by the two methods are quite different, which provides experimental basis for understanding the volatile components of Juglans mandshurica skin and their further development and application.
