空军医学高等专科学校自1992年以来,依据上级关于加强科技干部队伍建设的有关要求,先后从地方大学接收入伍、送学以及在职联合培养研究生66名,使高学历人员占教员总数的比例由4.8%提高到18.3%,教员队伍整体素质明显提高,专业技术职务、学历和年龄结构日趋合理,人才“接茬”的问题得到较好解决.绝大多数高学历干部在专业技术岗位上,工作兢兢业业,奋发进取,充分发挥了学科带头人作用.
