采用不同的试验方法,研究了铸造钛合金ZTiAl6V4(GB8063-94)的腐蚀与磨蚀行为。结果表明,该合金具有优良的均匀腐蚀、点蚀、晶间腐蚀与磨蚀性能,是制造在NH4Cl介质中工作的高速旋转件的理想材料。
Using different test methods, the corrosion and abrasion behavior of cast titanium alloy ZTiAl6V4 (GB8063-94) was studied. The results show that the alloy has excellent uniform corrosion, pitting corrosion, intergranular corrosion and abrasion properties and is an ideal material for manufacturing high-speed rotating parts working in NH4Cl medium.
