本文研究了相变材料在泡沫金属中的相变凝固传热过程,建立了泡沫金属相变材料的凝固相变传热的双温度模型,并进行了凝固相变传热模拟研究。模拟表明,使用泡沫金属作为骨架可以有效改善石蜡相变传热,缩短石蜡的凝固时间;石蜡在相变传热过程中与泡沫金属之间存在温差,且在发生凝固相变时温差达到最大。研究结果还表明,泡沫金属孔隙率越小,石蜡凝固的速度越快。
In this paper, the phase transition solidification heat transfer process of phase change material in metal foam was studied. The dual temperature model of heat transfer during solidification phase transition was established. The simulation of solidification phase transition heat transfer was also carried out. Simulation results show that the use of metal foam as the framework can effectively improve the heat transfer of paraffin phase transformation and shorten the solidification time of paraffin wax. The temperature difference between paraffin and metal foam during phase transition heat transfer is the largest and the temperature difference reaches the maximum when the solidification phase transition occurs. The results also show that the smaller the metal foam porosity, the faster the paraffin solidification speed.
