患者男68岁病案号:1738 因右眼内眦部红肿,疼痛,流泪伴鼻塞5年,由于劳累时加重,且疼痛放射至额部。诊为慢性旧囊炎急性发作,治疗几次,有轻度缓解。近1月来,内眦部红肿范围扩大,治疗1周,效果不佳,于1981年2月18日收入院,既往曾于10年前在本院外科行右眼泪囊摘除术。检查:T38℃P78分/次BP120/80mmHg,神志清楚,右眼视力1.0,右侧泪囊区红肿,触之有一约1.5cm×2.0cm哑呤状肿物,边界清楚,有囊样感,挤压无脓性分泌物自泪小点溢出,瞳孔
