Cr6Mn13Ni10/Cr5Mo异质金属焊接接头在时效过程中.其熔合区碳的扩散行为不同于以往的A/F(如A302/Cr5Mo等)异质焊接接头.时效初期奥氏体钢一侧有一定宽度的增碳层,随时效时间延长.增碳层反而逐渐变窄;时效温度越高,上述现象越明显,经700℃,时效50h后增碳层可完全消失,增碳层的出现与消散和焊丝中强碳化物形成元素Cr的含量以及时效初期生成的含Cr碳化物的类型和稳定性有关。
Cr6Mn13Ni10 / Cr5Mo heterogeneous metal welded joints in the aging process. The diffusion behavior of carbon in the fusion zone is different from that of the conventional A / F (such as A302 / Cr5Mo) heterogeneous welded joints. Aging austenitic steel side has a certain width of carbon layer, with the aging time extension. The carbon layer becomes narrower gradually. When the aging temperature is higher, the above phenomenon is more obvious. The carbon layer can disappear completely after aging at 700 ℃ for 50h. The appearance and dissipation of carbon layer and the content of Cr As well as the type and stability of Cr-containing carbides generated early in the aging process.
