一、ICD是国际标准 卫生部1981年批准在北京协和医院成立世界卫生组织疾病分类合作中心,1990年颁发了全国统一的,注有国际疾病分类编码的“医院病案首页”,1991年开始实施。并决定在全国县及县以上医院统一使用ICD-9为原则的统计报表。ICD是世界卫生组织主要合作项目之一。应用范围已大为扩展,除流行病学以外,还应用于病案的索引编码编制和检索。有关卫生服务计划、检查和评价。国家技术监督局也将ICD做为我国《疾病、分类与代码》的国家标准。
1.
