红细胞具有许多生理功能,从推理来说,红细胞表面结构的变化,必然会导致红细胞的生理功能变化,为此,我们用高脂饲料给大鼠造成实验性高粘滞血症,分别测定正常动物和实验性高脂血症动物的红细胞电泳以及红细胞胆固醇含量,并进行比较研究,以期寻找出更能反映动脉粥样硬化症发生、发展情况的指标。材料和方法1.红细胞电泳测定:按上海第一医学院生物物理教研组的方法。2.血清总胆固醇测定:邻苯二甲醛法。
Red blood cells have many physiological functions. From the reasoning, the changes in the surface structure of red blood cells will inevitably lead to changes in the physiological functions of red blood cells. For this reason, we use high-fat diet to give experimental hyperviscosity to rats and measure normal animals. Erythrocyte electrophoresis and red blood cell cholesterol content in experimental hyperlipidemic animals were compared and a comparative study was conducted in order to find out more indicators reflecting the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. Materials and Methods 1. Red blood cell electrophoresis: According to Shanghai Institute of Biophysics teaching method. 2. Determination of serum total cholesterol: o-phthalaldehyde method.
