据有关资料分析显示,目前企业培训的有效率不足30%。我们暂且先不考虑此数据的准确性,但企业培训质量不高,有效性差的问题的确存在。到底问题出在哪里,为什么在国家高度重视企业培训和人才培养的今天,有效性差的问题仍难改变呢?究其原因,是人们还没有从根本上去考虑企业培训的质量问题。在企业培训,甚至是整个职业教育培训方面,存在着重形式轻内容的浮躁现象,更存在宏观布局和微观执行不协调的现象,即对科学发展的重视不够。这是企业培训实现科学发展和持续发展必须引起高度重视,且亟需解决的焦点问题。
