本文应用电路噪声理论一般性地证明了有反馈和无反馈放大器的噪声特性,对光纤接收机中常用的高阻抗前置放大器和跨阻抗前置放大器及其由它们组成的二类接收机作了分析和比较,得出了比较明确的结论。本文还介绍了一个计算机噪声分析程序。使用该程序可以求得模拟接收机的等效电路噪声和量子极限信噪比;使用PIN 管时的接收机信噪比;使用APD 管时的最佳雪崩增益和接收机信噪比等。作者运用该程序证实了本文中主要论点的正确性。
In this paper, the circuit noise theory is generally used to prove the noise characteristics of both feedback and non-feedback amplifiers.
