采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对7075铝合金板进行了焊接实验,探讨了焊接速度对接头强度和微观组织的影响。结果表明,焊速对焊接接头的焊核区、热机影响区及晶界沉淀相均有较大的影响。随着焊速的提高,焊核区的晶粒和沉淀相大小、形状、分布密度均发生较大变化,热机影响区的变形程度和形貌也发生了较大改变。组织和力学性能综合分析表明,选择合理的焊接速度有利于细化焊核区的晶粒组织,改善焊缝成型,提高焊接接头强度。
The friction stir welding method was used to weld the 7075 aluminum alloy plate, and the effect of welding speed on the strength and microstructure of the joint was discussed. The results show that the welding speed has a great influence on the weld nugget zone, heat affected zone and grain boundary precipitation. With the increase of welding speed, the size, shape and distribution density of grains and precipitates in the nugget area have changed greatly, and the degree of deformation and topography in the heat affected zone also changed greatly. Tissue and mechanical properties of a comprehensive analysis shows that the choice of a reasonable welding speed is conducive to refine the grain nugget weld zone to improve the weld shape and improve the strength of welded joints.
