目前,我市乡镇幼儿园纷纷进行体制改革,在体制形式和实际操作上颇具多样性。概括起来,有以下几方面特点:1.由一个或两三个拥有一定经济实力的人购买或控股,实行董事会(董事长)领导下的园长负责制。2.购买或控股者具有较高的办园积极性,对园舍设施进行了改造,投资少则数万元,多则几十万近百万元。3.改制后,几乎所有幼儿园都进行了人事改革,减员增效。4.部分购买或控股者对幼儿园的日常管理力度较大,教师的工作压力加大。以上几方面特点对改制后的幼儿园继续发展起到了积
