研究目的:针对青藏铁路的地理位置处于青藏高原,自然环境非常恶劣,气象条件复杂多变,混凝土的耐久性要求很高的情况,为了确保混凝土施工质量,耐久性混凝土施工工艺进行研究。研究方法:根据混凝土的耐久性要求,通过试验室试验和工程现场试验得出基本参数,通过工程应用验证其科学性。研究结果:在青藏铁路施工中,严格按本文施工工艺施工,有效地控制了混凝土质量。研究结论:耐久性混凝土施工要严格控制配合比的准确性,施工条件发生变化时要及时调整配合比。另外,对混凝土的振捣、养护要求也较普通混凝土严格。施工前要对施工人员进行培训,高标准、严要求。
Research purposes: In view of the fact that the Qinghai-Tibet Railway is located in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the natural environment is very harsh, the meteorological conditions are complex and changeable, and the durability of concrete is very high. In order to ensure the construction quality of concrete, the construction technology of durable concrete is studied. Research methods: According to the durability requirements of concrete, the basic parameters are obtained through laboratory tests and field tests, and the scientific application is verified through engineering application.
