周怀臣,1952年3月18日出生在山东省烟台市。毕业于北京市科学进修学院烹饪系,现任和龙市就业服务局厨师培训中心讲师和北京长城新技术开发培训学校和龙市分校常务副校长。特一级烹调师,高级烹调技师职称。
Zhou Huaichen, born March 18, 1952 in Yantai, Shandong Province. He graduated from the cooking department of Beijing Institute of Science and Technology. He is currently a lecturer in Chef Training Center of Helong Employment Service and executive vice president of Beijing Great Wall New Technology Development and Training School and Long City Branch. A special cooking division, senior cooking technician job title.
