在AZ31镁合金表面采用直流磁控溅射技术沉积铝膜,通过能谱分析仪、原子力扫描显微镜和LK9805电化学分析仪分别研究了铝层的成分分布、形貌和耐蚀性能。结果表明:在镁合金表面沉积形成晶粒细小且均匀分布的致密铝镀层;铝层和基体之间存在混溶的过渡层,且与基体镁合金结合良好,表现出一定的耐蚀性能。铝镀膜有利于镁合金表面防护层的形成,减小其腐蚀倾向。
The aluminum film was deposited on the surface of AZ31 magnesium alloy by DC magnetron sputtering. The composition, morphology and corrosion resistance of the aluminum layer were investigated by energy spectrum analyzer, atomic force scanning microscope and LK9805 electrochemical analyzer respectively. The results show that a dense and uniform distribution of dense aluminum coating is formed on the surface of magnesium alloy. There is a miscible transition layer between the aluminum layer and the substrate, which is well bonded with the matrix magnesium alloy and shows a certain corrosion resistance. Aluminum coating is conducive to the formation of magnesium alloy surface protective layer to reduce the corrosion tendency.
