目的:探讨激素和生长因子对体外培养人牙乳头细胞增殖的影响。方法:用MTT法观察不同浓度的1,25-二羟基维生素D3、胰岛素和表皮生长因子对离体培养的人牙乳头细胞生长的影响。结果:在10-9~10-7mol/L浓度范围时,1,25-二羟基维生素D3对细胞增殖具有抑制作用,浓度越高,作用时间越长,抑制作用越强。胰岛素和生长因子对细胞增殖有一定促进作用,与浓度成正相关,分别在加药后第3天、4天作用最强。结论:在一定浓度和作用时间内,激素和生长因子对人牙乳头细胞的生长有调节作用
Objective: To investigate the effects of hormones and growth factors on the proliferation of human dental papilla cells cultured in vitro. Methods: The effects of different concentrations of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3, insulin and epidermal growth factor on the growth of human dental papilla cells in vitro were observed by MTT assay. Results: In the concentration range of 10-9 ~ 10-7mol / L, 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 had an inhibitory effect on cell proliferation. The higher the concentration, the longer the duration of action, the stronger the inhibitory effect. Insulin and growth factors have a certain role in promoting cell proliferation, which is positively correlated with the concentration. The effect is highest on the 3rd day and the 4th day after dosing. Conclusion: Hormones and growth factors have a regulatory effect on the growth of human dental papilla cells at a certain concentration and time
