在长沙自然条件下,通过分期播种试验对两个小麦光温敏不育系ES-09和ES-10的育性稳定性和部分异交生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)半冬性不育系ES-10的不育性稳定,不育播期范围宽;弱春性不育系ES-09的不育性年际间不太稳定,不育播期范围窄,(2)两个不育系的开花均明显地较恢复系集中,开花历期7~8d,单穗花历期5~6d.两个不育系的开颖状况存在较大差异,ES-09优于ES-10,其颖壳张开角度大,时间长,而ES-10则存在一个“开颖-闭颖-再开颖”的过程。(3)两个光温敏不育系的柱头生活力均达到10d以上,且以开花后第四天授粉异交结实率最高。
Under natural conditions in Changsha, the fertility stability and partial outcrossing biological characteristics of two wheat thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines ES-09 and ES-10 were studied by staged seeding experiments. The results showed that: (1) The semi-winter sterile line ES-10 was stable in sterility and had a wide range of infertility. The infertility of the sterile line ES-09 was less stable and sterile The sowing date range was narrow. (2) The flowering of both CMS lines was significantly stronger than that of the restoring lines. The flowering period was 7 ~ 8 days and the single flower stage was 5 ~ 6 days. ES-09 is superior to ES-10 in that the openness of the two male sterility lines is large and the length of time is long, while ES-10 has a “open-closed-open Ying ”process. (3) The stigma viability of the two thermo-sensitive genic male sterile lines reached above 10 days, and the highest seed-setting rate was on the fourth day after flowering.
