心肌细胞的电生理特性是指以生物电变化,即跨膜电位变化为基础而形成的心肌细胞在生理功能上的某些特殊性能,包括自动节律性、兴奋性和传导性。自动节律性叙述兴奋的自发,兴奋性叙述兴奋的难易,传导性叙述兴奋的扩布,三者都描述兴奋过程,而兴奋过程是以动作电位作为指标,故合称为电生理特性。心肌细胞电生理特性的变化是心律失常的直接原因,因而对其了解和研究具有重要的临床实践意义。
