牙髓搔刮术是指仅去除穿髓孔下方的病变牙髓而保留根髓及其余健康冠髓的保存活髓疗法,它较去除全部冠髓保留根髓的活髓切断术有以下优点:①冠髓较根髓有更多的血液供应,有大量的造牙本质细胞和间质细胞,保留部份冠髓有利于牙髓活力的保存和修复,对牙髓造成的创伤也小;②形成的牙本质桥在冠部而不在根管口,不会造成根管口的堵塞,有利于今后再次牙髓治疗;③更能抗折裂、碎性小;④操作简单、方便。作者治疗共26例,平均观察18个月,成功率达100%。手术方法如下:麻醉,常规隔湿、消毒、去龋,扩开穿髓孔,用锐匙形挖器刮除炎症牙髓,冲洗、止血、垫氢氧化钙糊剂、粘固剂、暂封。40～60天后,去除暂
