社会阶层固化必然会对党的群众基础带来严峻的挑战。巩固党的群众基础、建立公平合理的阶层流动机制,需要在政府层面建立公平的阶层流动制度,在社会层面顺畅各阶层表达意见的渠道,在个人层面增强底层阶层自主向上流动的能力,打破阶层壁垒。
