我国目前的模拟法庭教学,存在着案例选择杂乱、角色分工无序、程序意识淡薄等问题。要把握模拟法庭的目标功能,实现法学教育的“知识型”教育理念到“品格型”教育理念的转变,从“学科型”教育范式到“职业型”教育范式的转变。推进模拟法庭教学改革,在主体方面强化角色意识,在内容方面规范工作项目,在程序方面注重程序设置。
At present, the teaching of moot court in our country has such problems as messy case selection, disorderly division of roles, weak program awareness and so on. It is necessary to grasp the objective function of the moot court, to realize the transformation of the “knowledge-based” education concept of legal education from the educational concept of “character” to the “paradigm” education paradigm and the “vocational” education paradigm Change.
