色谱法在有机物及无机物分析中已获得了广泛的应用。但在杂多酸体系中,应用却有限,主要是用纸色谱法和薄层色谱法。一濑典夫等将钼硅酸与钼磷酸分别萃取后用高效液相色谱进行了测定。Harmalker等在经过改性的Sephadex G50上用凝胶色谱法分离了P_2W_(17)V(Ⅳ)O_(62)~(8-)的α_1、α_2异构体。在反相柱上分离无机离子一般采用离子对色谱法,用不含离子对试剂的流动相分离无机离子的工作尚未见报道。本工作以CH_3OH-磷酸缓冲溶液作流动相,研究反相高效液相色谱法直接分离几种钨的杂多酸离子,以寻求一种研究杂多酸的新方法。
Chromatography in organic and inorganic analysis has been widely used. But in heteropoly acid system, the application is limited, mainly paper chromatography and thin layer chromatography. Isolated the α_1 and α_2 isomers of P_2W_ (17) V (Ⅳ) O_ (62) ~ (8-) by gel chromatography on the modified Sephadex G50. The separation of inorganic ions on a reversed-phase column generally uses ion-pair chromatography, and the separation of inorganic ions by mobile phases without ion-pair reagents has not been reported. In this work, CH_3OH-phosphate buffer solution was used as the mobile phase to study the reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography separation of several heteropoly acid ions in order to find a new method for the study of heteropoly acids.
