金山 金山将要在国内二板市场上市的消息近来屡屡见诸报端。据本报记者向求伯君本人证实,金山公司在二板上市的准备工作正在进行中,一待二板市场的管理条例正式出台,就将进入实质运作阶段。 求伯君说,金山本来也考虑过在香港创业板上市,但是后来还是觉得国内二板市场的潜力更大。“因为公司规模较小不符合主板条件,而二板的门槛不高不低,对我们正合适。我们于2000年7月份以来一直在做前期的准备工作,至于何时可以挂牌,则要看国家对二板的政策什么时候出台了。”此外他还透露说,金山内部关于期权的安排将在国家政策出台后即着手制定。金山公司目前的财务已经符合上市要求,金山希望能够在较短的时间内达到市值100亿人民币。但求伯君说他还有几点担心,一是担心投机者的疯狂炒作,“这对上市的企业来说不是很有利。”二是担心股民的抗风险能力,因为一般上二板的企业是属于创业型企业,风险较大。 据求伯君介绍,金山公司去年的利润有1000万元,营业额接近1亿人民币。这当令那些眼下还只会烧钱不会挣钱的互联网公司艳羡。
