在计量测试中,应用误差分离原理提高测量精度是经常采用的,三点法分离工件圆度误差与轴系径向运动误差就是一例。用V型块测量圆柱形零件圆度误差实质上也是三点法。国内基于三点法原理的第一台三表法圆度误差测量分析仪(84型)已通过技术鉴定并应用于生产实践。谭深等对三点法所用的数据处理方法提出疑问,(见本刊1986年第1期)这种学术上不同观点的讨论是非常有益的,下面就三点法测量圆度误差数据处理的有关问题,谈谈粗浅的认识。
In the metrology test, the principle of error separation is often used to improve the measurement accuracy. The three-point method to separate the workpiece roundness error and the shaft radial motion error is an example.
