介绍了用气液色谱法定量测定氯醚避孕丸中的主要成份醋炔醚。氯地孕酮和赋形剂(苯甲酸苄酯、六氢吡啶和药用植物油)不干扰测定。在pH 2~3的氯仿溶液中,醋炔醚定量分解出环戊醇,以环已酮作内标进行测定,用峰高比计算。色谱条件:经酸洗的上试101白色担体(60~80目),涂渍20%聚乙二醇20M,氮为载气,柱温125℃,注样口200℃,用氢火焰离子化鉴定器。该法比较快速方便,制剂中醋炔醚测定的回收率为98.5~102%。
This paper introduces the quantitative determination of acetylene ether, the main ingredient in the chlorine-ether contraceptive pills, by gas-liquid chromatography. Chlordegestone and excipients (benzyl benzoate, piperidine and medicinal vegetable oils) do not interfere with the assay.
