从现在起到本世纪末,我国经济发展正处于世纪交换的关键时期。20世纪我国现代化建设第二步战略目标的全面实现,21世纪我国经济在世界经济中地位的确立,都取决于这关键的八年。抓住当前有利时机,促进国民经济再上新台阶,要求我们正确认识未来经济发展的历史趋势。未来八年我国经济发展的大趋势表现在以下五个方面: 一、人均收入中等化
From now till the end of this century, the economic development of our country is at a crucial stage of the century exchange. The full realization of the second-phase strategic goal of China’s modernization in the 20th century and the establishment of China’s economy in the world economy in the 21st century all depend on this crucial eight-year period. Seizing the current favorable opportunity to promote the national economy to a new level requires us to correctly understand the historical trend of economic development in the future. In the next eight years, the general trend of China’s economic development will be manifested in the following five aspects: First, the per capita income will be medium
