现代企业管理制度的不断深化改革,让内部控制建设的重要性逐渐凸现出来。在这种新的发展形势下,作为我国经济建设核心参与者的国有企业,更需要不断加强内部控制建设,提高自身的市场竞争力,进而解决国有企业目前面临的会计信息质量偏低、内部管理失控等棘手问题。文章简述了目前国有企业在内部控制建设过程中存在的缺陷,并在此基础上提出了解决对策。
The deepening reform of the modern enterprise management system gradually highlights the importance of building internal control.
