采用24 小时动态心电图记录38 例脑出血急性期患者(脑出血组)及30 例正常人(对照组)的心率变异性(HRV)指标及心律失常昼夜变化。结果:脑出血组HRV失去昼夜节律变化,昼夜总心率变异性降低,室性早搏、室上性早搏明显增多;白天以交感神经受损明显,交感、迷走神经失去平衡;夜间交感、迷走神经均明显受损,但二者保持平衡;22时至次日6 时迷走神经张力最高,但亦低于正常人。
Thirty-eight patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage (ICH) and 30 normal subjects (control group) were enrolled in this study. The HRV and circadian rhythm of arrhythmia were recorded by 24-hour Holter monitoring.
