“解放思想、实事求是”是邓小平理论的精髓,是邓小平理论的历史起点和逻辑起点。邓小平正是通过重新确立和发展解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,开始了对我国社会主义现代化建设的一系列重大问题的新探索,逐步形成了涵盖经济、政治、社会、科技、文化各个方面的建设有中国特色社会主义理论的科学体系。因此,学习和研究邓小平理论,必须从解放思想、实事求是的思想路线的重新确立谈起。第一节无产阶级政党的唯物主义思想路线思想路线的问题本质上是个哲学问题邓小平说:“马克思、恩格斯创立了辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的思想路线,毛泽东同志用中国语言概括为‘实事求是’四个大字。”(《邓小平文选》第2卷第278页)可见,党的解放思想、实事求是的思想路线,是辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义哲学思想的光辉结晶,它是以全部马克思主义哲学为理论基础和丰富内容的。
