从20世纪下半叶起到现在,我们一共经历了五次并购浪潮。在经济快速发展、企业层出不穷的今天,企业并购又达到了一个高峰。但是,真正取得预期并购效果的企业少之又少,而人力资源整合是决定并购成功与否的关键因素之一。所以,如果解决了企业并购中的人力资源整合问题,那么无疑会极大程度地促进并购的成功。本文试图从人力资源整合过程中所涉及的要素出发进行分析,提出了对企业并购中人力资源整合的相关见解。
From the second half of the 20th century until now, we have experienced a total of five wave of mergers and acquisitions. In the rapid economic development, an endless stream of enterprises, corporate mergers and acquisitions has reached a peak. However, the number of enterprises that have truly achieved the expected M & A results is extremely small, and the integration of human resources is one of the key factors that determine the success of M & A. Therefore, if we solve the problem of human resources integration in M & A, we will undoubtedly promote the success of M & A to a great extent. This article attempts to analyze the factors involved in the process of human resources integration and puts forward some relevant opinions on the integration of human resources in the process of M & A.
