采用Glycine-Nitgrate-Process合成TLal-xSrxCrO3-粉体材料,并采用XRD、DTA/TG、TEM和粒度分析等方法,对粉体性能进行了研究.用Archimedes法、直流国探针法和XRD分别研究了烧结体的烧结性能、电性能和相结构.经研究发现,合成后粉体颗粒的粒径为~30nm,其中存在团聚现象,但可通过短时间球磨加以消除.经高温短时间烧结,制备了该化合物的烧结体.烧结体均一单相.其中,Lao,Sr0.3CrO3的相对密度为91.7%;在1000时,La0.8Sr0.2CrO3的电导率为14.7S.Cm-1
The powder of TLal-xSrxCrO3 was synthesized by Glycine-Nitrate-Process, and its properties were studied by XRD, DTA / TG, TEM and particle size analysis. The sinterability, electrical properties and phase structure of the sintered body were investigated by Archimedes method, DC state probe method and XRD. The study found that the particle size of the synthesized powder particles ~ 30nm, which exists agglomeration phenomenon, but can be eliminated by short-time milling. After sintering at high temperature for a short time, a sintered body of the compound was prepared. Sintered body uniform single phase. Among them, La0, Sr0.3CrO3 relative density of 91.7%; at 1000, La0.8Sr0.2CrO3 conductivity of 14.7S. Cm-1
