[目的]建立液相色谱串联质谱法快速检测棉花中氟铃脲残留的分析方法。[方法]样品用乙腈为提取液,液液萃取和弗罗里硅土净化,液相色谱-串联质谱检测。[结果]棉叶中2种添加质量分数的平均回收率分别为77.9%、77.9%,变异系数分别为7.3%、4.2%;棉籽中2种添加质量分数的平均回收率分别为110.2%、103.7%,变异系数分别为5.3%、2.6%。仪器最小检出量为2.0×10-11g。[结论]该方法简单可靠,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于棉花中氟铃脲的残留检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the rapid determination of hexaflumuron in cotton by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. [Method] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, liquid-liquid extraction and Florisil purification, liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. [Result] The average recoveries of two kinds of additive mass fractions in cotton leaves were 77.9% and 77.9%, respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 7.3% and 4.2% respectively. The average recoveries of two kinds of additive mass fractions in cottonseed were 110.2% and 103.7% %, Coefficient of variation were 5.3%, 2.6%. The minimum detection of the instrument is 2.0 × 10-11g. [Conclusion] The method was simple and reliable, which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis and could be used for the determination of hexaflumuron in cotton.
