在地方高校面临向培养职业型人才转型的当下,什么样的法律人才是职业型人才,培养什么样的法律人才才是适应社会需要的职业人才,这决定了我们的课程设置的规划,尤其是实践课程的开设。尽管目前各高校均在人才培养方案里规定了相应的实践学分和学时,但实践教学的效果并不如人意。本文认为,实践必须是面向就业和社会需要的实践,而不是以往单纯为了巩固学生的理论知识而进行的动手能力的培训。
At a time when colleges and universities are facing the transition from training professionals to professionals, what kind of legal talents are professionals and what types of legal talents are trained are the professionals who adapt to the needs of society. This determines the planning of our curriculum, especially Practice courses opened. Although at present colleges and universities all stipulate the corresponding practical credits and hours in the personnel training program, the practical teaching is not satisfactory. This paper argues that practice must be a practice oriented toward employment and social needs rather than a hands-on training that was simply designed to consolidate students’ theoretical knowledge.
