目的:研究护士分层管理在内科护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取诸暨市中医医院内科86名护理工作人员随机分为对照组和观察组两组,对对照组护理人员实施常规护理管理,观察组护理人员在对照组的基础上,实行护士分层管理模式。对接受两组护理人员负责的患者进行护理质量评分,护理安全质量情况统计和护理满意度问卷调查,进行比较。结果:观察组的护理人员护理质量评分总体均显著高于对照组;观察组护理人员安全质量明显优于对照组;观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护士分层管理通过科学管理和合理配置护理人力资源,能显著提高护理质量,减少不良事件的发生,减轻患者的痛苦,保证患者的治疗质量,改善护患关系,提高医院的整体形象,在内科护理质量管理中应用效果良好。
Objective: To study the effect of stratified nurse management in the quality management of internal medicine nursing. Methods: Eighty-six nursing staff in Zhuji TCM Hospital were randomly divided into two groups: control group and observation group. The nursing staff in the control group were given routine nursing management. On the basis of the control group, the nursing staff in the observation group were divided into two groups: mode. Caregiving scores, nursing safety quality statistics and nursing satisfaction questionnaire were compared among patients who were under the responsibility of two nurses. Results: The scores of nursing quality in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The safety quality of the nursing staff in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nurses ’stratification management can improve the quality of nursing care, reduce the incidence of adverse events, alleviate the suffering of patients, ensure the quality of patients’ treatment, improve the relationship between nurses and patients and improve the overall image of the hospital through scientific management and rational allocation of nursing human resources. In the quality of medical care management application effect is good.
