本文以具有9维决策变量的换热器复杂系统为例,用不可行路径 IPOSEQ法对换热总面积最小为目标函数进行系统优化计算、提出了逐次改进标度因子法。与分解协调法的计算相比,改进了收敛结果。文中对切割变量初始值的选取进行了讨论,指出当切割变量初值不易给定,且维数较多时,采用与CFV或RFV法联合计算更为有利。
Taking the heat exchanger complex system with 9-dimensional decision variables as an example, this paper uses the IPOSEQ method to calculate the minimum heat transfer area as the objective function, and proposes the successive scaling factor method. Compared with the decomposition coordination decomposition method, the convergence result is improved. In this paper, the selection of the initial value of the cutting variables is discussed. It is pointed out that it is more advantageous to use CFV or RFV to calculate the initial value of the cutting variables when the initial value of the cutting variables is not easy to be given and the number of dimensions is large.
